Originally from Barcelona, Spain, Tania Ballve holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion and Textile Design from the Istituto Europeo di Design, as well as a Master's degree in Fashion Styling, Advertising, and Audiovisual Media.
She began her professional career in the music video industry, working as a wardrobe stylist. During that time, she collaborated with prominent Spanish artists such as Macaco, Chenoa, Pablo López, El Arrebato, and Nena Daconte.
In 2017, she relocated to the United States to pursue a career in theatre costume design. There, she designed costumes for a variety of companies including South Bend Lyric Opera, Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre, Patriot Theatre Company in Chicago, Quincy Community Theatre, and the Morris Performing Arts Center, among others.
Since 2020, she has been based in the Netherlands, where she continues her work as a freelance costume designer. She also serves as the manager of the costume department at NITE and Club Guy & Roni.
